📋 1. General Terms

By accessing or using the bdbjje platform, you confirm that you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you object to any part of these terms, please do not use bdbjje.

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between bdbjje and its members. bdbjje reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and members will be notified of any changes via email or in-platform notifications.

Residents of Bangladesh are welcome to participate on the bdbjje platform. Users in other jurisdictions are solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable local laws. bdbjje never pressures any member to place a bet.

👤 2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with bdbjje, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Opening an account for anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, address, or phone number, all accounts will be terminated.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and phone number at registration. Providing inaccurate information will cause issues during verification.
• Your account is for personal use only. It may not be used for commercial purposes or to place bets on behalf of others.
• A copy of your national ID card or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Account Verification

Bdbjje will verify a member's identity before processing their first withdrawal. This may require a scanned copy of a national ID and a selfie photo. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.

Bet Confirmation

Match Cancellation & Void Bets

• If a match is cancelled due to weather or any other reason, the bet will be voided and the original stake will be refunded.
• In cricket, a bet will be voided if the required number of overs is not completed.
• If a football match does not complete the full 90 minutes, a decision will be made in accordance with bdbjje's policy based on the state of play at the time.
• If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, bdbjje reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Live Betting

Odds in Live Betting change in real time. The odds shown at the moment of bet confirmation are final. If a bet is not accepted for any reason, bdbjje will notify you of the reason.

💳 4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on bdbjje can be made through Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Our goal is to process your transactions as quickly as possible.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum limit.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• You must provide the correct reference number when making a deposit.
• It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours.
• If fraud is suspected, bdbjje may temporarily hold a withdrawal pending investigation.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same Mobile Pay or Nagad number used for the original deposit.

🎁 5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bdbjje offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify. The wagering requirement must be completed within 7 days of receiving the bonus.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: bonus amount × 10. This means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in bets.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been completed.

Cashback & Reload Bonus

• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information is a criminal offence.
• Using bdbjje for money laundering or handling illegal funds is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to access another person's account without authorization will result in legal action.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

Violating any of the above rules may result in bdbjje immediately suspending your account and forfeiting all deposited funds. In serious cases, the matter may be referred to the relevant legal authorities.

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

Before closing an account, bdbjje will generally notify the member and explain the reason. However, in cases of serious rule violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.
